Maternal traitsWe always select cattle for there calving ease and milk index and aim for moderate sized cows with good fertility.

Growth from GrassWe choose bulls with high growth rate breeding values and do not creep feed our calves. This allows us to select genetic lines that can convert grass to meat or milk efficiently.

Meat QualityThe end product is as important as the prossess. We use bulls with hi marbling and carcase quality breeding values and we sell and eat the meat ourselves so we know the jobs worth doing wellell.
